Heute konnten wir endlich ein Stück auf der “Traverse” fahren, der Piste, die im Roadbook 5 von Vibraction beschrieben wird https://www.vibraction.org/road-books/espagne/road-book-5/ . Auch wenn es nur ein kurzes Stück der mehrere hundert Kilometer langen Piste war, so machte es doch Spaß, die teilweise steilen, engen und unbefestigten Wege zu erfahren. Beim nächsten Besuch in der Gegend werden wir sicherlich mehr davon erleben. Über den collada de Toses (1790 m), Puigcerda und La Seu d’Urgell mit seiner schönen romanischen Kathedrale ging es weiter nach Andorra wo wir aktuell in Grau Ruig auf ca. 2000m Höhe und Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt übernachten.
Today we were finally able to ride a short part of the “Traverse”, described in road book 5 of Vibraction, see https://www.vibraction.org/road-books/espagne/road-book-5/ . Even if it was only a few of the several hundred kilometers, it was big fun driving the partly steep, narrow and unpaved roads. For sure, during our next visit, we will try more of it. Via the collada de Toses (1790 m), Puigcerda und La Seu d’Urgell with its beatutiful Roman cathedral we continued to Andorra, where we currently spend the night at an altitude of approx. 2000m , freezing point temperatures in Grau Ruig near the French border.
